Slovenia’s VF denied Jan Klobučar got Zika virus during the FIVB World League preparations in Brazil.
„It is not true, because all the examinations indicate that there is no infection with the virus. Indeed, Klobučar has arrived in Slovenia sick and admitted to the Clinic for Infectious Diseases and Fever Conditions in Ljubljana. There, he was directed to further testing, but it showed that volleyball player was not infected with Zika virus. Klobučar will continue practicing with the team and preparing for the World League tournament next week in Ljubljana,” Slovenian Federation issued an official statement.
