Only ZAKSA Kedzierzyn-Kozle has not lost a match in Plus League and after five rounds it has fourteen point and leads in the table. The second place is occupied by Delecta Bydgoszcz followed by AZS Politechnika, Jastrzebski Wegiel and Asseco Resovia Rzeszow.
“Hardly anyone thought that the top of the table would look like this. There were the top four teams, and the others were there to fill the gaps. An uneven level of competition wasa predicted. But none of these things happened. In Plus League there were a lot of interesting games, highlights are still to come“ says the head of the training department of the Polish Volleyball Federation, Vladimir Sadalski.
Vladimir Sadalski pointed out that ZAKSA plays the best out of the four favorites: “Certainly form of PGE Skra Belchatow, Asseco Resovia and Jastrzebski Wegiel will increase. The leadership of Kedzierzyn-Kozle is not surprising. Before the season, they presented a good game, in the Memorial Ambroziak you could see a piece of a strong team” Vladimir Sadalski said.
Vladimir Sadalski spoke very positively about the current game of Delecta Bydgoszcz: “In Monday’s match against the Polish champion they played great. In Bydgoszcz, everyone will have trouble getting points.”
”It’s a positive thing that we have a lot of perspective players in the League” Sadalski finished.
