Alexander Abrosimov became the fifth player in the history of the Zenit, that has reached the milestone of 200 games played for the team. Earlier this anniversary mark overcame Vladislav Babichev (481), Nikolai Apalikov (266), Aleksandr Bogomolov (236), and American Lloy Ball (208).

Alexander returned to Zenit after a year in Fakel. He played in Kazan team during the seasons 2008-2011, and 2012/13. During this time, he played 105 matches in the national championship, 44 in the Cup of Russia, 38 in the Champions League, 9 in the Club World Cup and 4 in the Super Cup.
