By reaching 2-0 lead in series, the title holders are only one win away from qualifying for the finals.
The Bulgarian Nikolay Uchikov from UPCN scored game-high 19 points (4 blocks) while José Luis González and Bruno Lima had 13 points each in Obras.
Next ‘classic’ of San Juan (sanjuanino), between the two clubs which are sharing gymnasium as well, will take place on March 24 with Obras being the hosts for the first time in series.
As for the other semifinal pair, Personal Bolívar have 1-0 against Lomas Vóley. Game 2 is scheduled for March 20.
