World No. 7 Serbia opened FIVB Girls' U18 World Championship on the right foot with a convincing 3-0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-7) win in Pool A over world No.24 Tunisia in Thailand on Friday.

Bojana Milenkovic led the Serbian scorers with 13 points followed by Maja Aleksic 12 points. Jihen Mohamed led Tunisian scorers with 7 points.
The Serbian team overwhelmed the field using their height dominance except during the second set when Tunisia improved relatively their defense to reach the draw 20-20 which was the only draw for them throughout the match.
