Belgium vs. Germany
Vital Heynen’s squad has recorded the first three point after beatin Belgium in Berlin 3-0 (28-26, 25-19, 26-24).
But, it was not an easy win of German side indeed. In the first set, Germany have barely managed to win the set – 28:26. It seemed that Germanyare going to take an easy win after taking the second part of the match very easily 25-19!
Again, Belgium rised their level of play but unlucky for their fans, they couldn’t take the third set and they have to surrender. Home court will be a huge advantage of Germany during this tournament…For Belgium, there is still room for improvement.
Gyorgy Grozer was the best player with 19 points, Fromm added 11. On the other side, Sam Deroo had 15 points.
