Bonifacio
After four seasons in Igor Gorgonzola Novara, the 22-year-old middle blocker Sara Bonifacio decided to change the club. She moved to Unet E-Work Busto Arsizio where she will for sure play much more than she played in Novara.
With Novara, last season she won the Scudetto while in the previous season she was silver in Serie A1 and won the gold medal in Italian Supercup.

“I am very happy to embark on this new path with the UYBA. The staff and the players I already know from Club Italia give me positive feelings. So I arrive in a new but already familiar environment; I have already played with Berti and Orro, also with coach Mencarelli, and I am sure that my choice is the right one, also because I will have the chance to play more than last season in Novara. The team intrigues me: it is young but well structured with important names like Meijners and Leonardi that will give strength to the roster: we will be a great group, I feel it” said Sara.
From RC Cannes over the Alps came the Italian libero Jole Ruzzini. She is officially the new member of UBI Banca S. Bernardo Cuneo who will debut in the next season in Serie A1. In the 2017/2018 season, Jole won the French Cup and lost the final series of the French Championship.
“I am very happy for the beginning of this new adventure in the City of Cuneo. When I knew that this possibility existed, I wanted it to go all the way: society has given me great enthusiasm. I’m so proud to return to Italy. I do not want to make any predictions, for now, I put the enthusiasm in the first place and the will to form from the beginning a united team, a group able to achieve great satisfaction thanks to the meticulous work of coach Pistola. I cannot wait to start” explained Ruzzini.
The 32-year-old middle blocker Ilaria Garzaro will play for Lardini Filottrano in the upcoming season. She came from Liu Jo Nordmeccanica Modena where she played in the last two seasons. Check her stats. For now, she played 300 games in Serie A1 and won 1785 points.
Millenium Brescia are seriously preparing for the next season. They want to debut in the best way and that is the way they hired new players. One of them is setter Miriana Manig who will be the reserve of Isabella Di Iulio.
