In the final match of the 67th edition of the famous Japanese Cup, JT Marvelous defeated current champions Hisamitsu Springs in straight sets.
Many teams were not in the full rosters due that various players are with the National team but the only surprise which spectators could see at the tournament was the return of the left-hander Miyu Nagaoka who totally recovered from the knee injury and after almost one year debuted in the Hisamitsu’s jersey.
