Lubo Ganev, Vice President of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation, stated that Konstantinov has done a good job.

“Plamen will continue his job as the coach of the National Team, regardless of the final ranking. The Federation is satisfied with his work. He started a new project and has an excellent relationship with the players. He is building this team and the main goal is to be good at the Olympic Games in Rio 2016” said Ganev.
