As announced by PGE Skra Bełchatów, by the decision of the club management on January 31, 2023, Joel Banks finished his work as the head coach of the PGE Skra team.
Joel Banks arrived in Bełchatów in the summer of 2022. He came to Poland from Belgium, where he was the head coach of the Greenyard Maaseik, and is currently at the helm of the men’s national team of Finland.
