Today there was a meeting of those responsible for the marketing of the clubs in Plus Liga and the Junior League. There was talk mostly of the internet and how marketing can’t be imagined without it.
During the several hours of the meeting it was discussed, among other things about Facebook.
“Web site of any organization is its calling card, which is visited from the country abroad. In view of the sports club, which has its fans, the expectations are particularly high. A fan is looking for information, statistics, trivia, relationships with games etc. Today was the first historic meeting with the people responsible for marketing at the clubs, and hence also for the Internet. We want the club’s websites in Plus Liga to interest the fans for volleyball” said the President of the Professional League of Volleyball SA Artur Popko.
