Now when he is officially a free agent, and when it is obvious that he will not play abroad in the 2016/17 season, Bartosz Kurek has become the main target for many Polish clubs...

But, will he actually decide to play volleyball in the upcoming season? That is the main question, considering his current state. Still, if Bartosz Kurek decide to return to volleyball, then he should have absolutely no problem finding the new club…

“Bartek is keen on joining some club from Poland. Due to his health condintion it would be better for him to stay in the country. Finding a club for him should not be a problem. After his official statement half of the league has already called me. We are doing everything we can to help him return to volleyball as soon as possible. We hope it will happen sooner rather than later,” said Kurek’s manager Jakub Michalak for przegladsportowy.pl.

He is not a free agent because he has a valid contract with JT. Some club will have to pay for his contract. He did all this to stay in Poland close to his new girlfriend…

@pol He broke because of what: depression (medical reasons) or because he wants to stay in Poland to play? It is totally unprofessional that you say to some club that you have to quit your contract because of medical reasons, and after 2 weeks you go and sign for another club!
