In a very exciting game, great volleyball was seen. The winner couldn’t be determined till the very end. This was the clash of two very strong teams, which both strived for the gold. Russia had a better start and stayed on the right track to the end which brought them the victory. They won by 3:1 (25:21, 25:15, 23:25, 25:23).
