Injury-plagued Arkas takes a chance on final four spot
Even though Arkas lost the first match in Siberia in straight sets and is currently sidelined by quite many injuries, IZMIR will still try to seize the night and make it to the final four of Europe’s finest competition.
“We did our best last week in Russia and all sets were very close. Being involved in three different competitions our players are getting tired and we have been struggling with some injuries in recent times. However, we still want to deliver a great performance on Thursday and celebrate a fantastic Volleyball night together with our fans” says Arkas head coach Glenn Hoag.
