Ural won the first set after a tough battle. The host was leading up to the second technical time out (16:11), but after that Belogorie started to come back and tied the result at 17:17. After that it was point for point game and the host managed to win 29:27.
The second was much more confortable for Ural, Belogorie was in this set up until the first time out 8:6 but after that the host increased the lead and closed 25:16.
Ural continued with their good game in the beginning of the third. Belogorie was leading, but the host took the lead 9:8 and then stopped. Quickly after that it was 9:12 for the guest. They maintained the lead throughout the set and even increased it to stay in the match 18:25.
It seemed that Ural will finish the job in the fourth set, it was leading 13:7, 17:14, 22:20, but Belogorie woke up and took the lead with three consecutive points 22:23. Muserkiy took the matters into his own hands, scored to point to force the tie break 23:25.
Ufa went ahead in the tie break 5:4, Belogorie scored three points 5:7. The host came close to a single point 7:8, but it was all. Belogorie took a three point lead 8:11 and closed the match 12:15.
Vissotto and Ashchev were the best for the host’s team, while BELGOROD was lead as usual by Muserskiy, assisted at times by Grozer, Ilinykh, Khtey and Tetyukhin. Canadian Duff also had a good game and missed very little.
