Rykhliuk was born in Ukraine on December 11th 1987 and she is 194cm tall. She started her volleyball career in Jinestra, than moved to Italia to play for Perugia, and after that she was a member of Turkish club Besiktas from Istanbul.
From 2011 she was a member of IBK Altos from Korea and on the first season she was awarded as MVP of Korean All star match 2011/12, then on the next season she was a MVP of Korean championship 2012/13 and helped her team to reach gold medal of championship.
