Miguel Falasca, head coach
In april 2013 Miguel Falasca stopped his playing carrer so to become a head coach of Polish volleyball team. Falasca believes that the most important thing is to make a good squad for the upcoming season. “Firstly, we have to do everything we can in order to make a smooth game and to assure good sport in every match. I believe that the players are at the top form and they can be compared to all other players from top clubs. They only need to be very well prepared, to train hard and try to be the best by the end of the season. I don’t believe that the result is that significant, so If someone is only concentrated to the results, the mistake will follow. Therefore, I only trust in a good game.’’ said new head coach of Skra Bełchatów, Miguel Falasca.
